In order to be in Good Standing a Georgia Corporation or LLC must be in compliance with the following:

• The Foreign or Domestic company must be registered as a legal entity with the Georgia (GA) Secretary of State   (GA Corporation, GA LP/LLP or GA LLC)
• The Georgia company cannot be in default or suspended as defined by the state of Georgia
• The Georgia company must have paid all required Georgia state taxes, penalties and fees
