A Kentucky Good Standing Certificate is provided by the Kentucky Secretary of State and is conclusive evidence of the

three months.

If you own a Kentucky business and have not formed a Corporation, LLC, Partnership or other legal entity in the state of Kentucky,
then you are a Sole Proprietor by default.
Nothing needs to be filed with the Kentucky Secretary of State to create a Sole Proprietorship.
