We gather information about your business, and possibly about you personally, when we provide our business filing services to you. This information is used for the purposes of administering our business filing services, and providing customer service to you.
We do not disclose any information to third parties, except to the extent necessary to perform our business filing services with various states and with the federal government. We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.
We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal and business information we collect from you. Our corporate values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information. Our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
If a filing request is cancelled after payment has been taken, All Business Documents will refund the total order amount less a $25 processing fee. Money paid to All Business Documents that has already been paid to the state filing fees or to suppliers is not refundable. There will be no cancellations or refunds made after filings have been delivered to the State agency.
