WASHINGTON SUPREME COURT ATTORNEY GOOD STANDING CERTIFICATE INFORMATION

A Washington Attorney Good Standing Certificate is issued by the Washington Supreme Court for an Attorney who has qualified to practice law in the state of Washington.

Washington Supreme Court Good Standing Certificates are often requested when a Washington Attorney practices outside of the state of Washington.

If you are a practicing attorney in the state of Washington and you need to practice outside of Washington some non-Washington courts will require certification from the highest court in Washington. In Washington the highest court is the Washington Supreme Court.

A valid expiration date is not written on a Washington Supreme Court Attorney Good Standing Certificate.  The validity of a Washington Supreme Court Attorney Certificate of Good Standing is usually determined by the intended recipient of the Washington Supreme Court Attorney Good Standing Certificate.

Most jurisdictions require that the date on a Supreme Court Attorney Good Standing Certificate be within 30-60 days of its intended use.

A Washington Supreme Court Attorney Good Standing Certificate is issued by the Washington Supreme Court.  The Washington Supreme Court Attorney Good Standing Certificate includes a signature from a Clerk of the Washington Supreme Court.

In order to be in Good Standing an Attorney must be in compliance with the following:

• The Attorney must have been admitted to the practice of law in the state of Washington
• The Attorney must be up to date and current with all state of Washington registration requirements
• The Attorney must not be subject to any court orders which prohibit the practice of law in the state of Washington
• The Attorney must have paid all costs, fees and fines which may be required by the state of Washington

The Washington Supreme Court will issue an Attorney Good Standing Certificate only to Lawyers who have been admitted to the Washington Bar.  We cannot help you obtain a Washington Supreme Court Attorney Good Standing Certificate.
