Your Idaho Corporation will legally start on the date your application is filed with the state of Idaho and will continue until it is specifically terminated.  You may want to specify the dates on which the Idaho Corporation starts and ceases to exist legally.  If you don't specify a Start Date the Idaho Corporation will legally exist when the Articles of Incorporation are approved by the Idaho Secretary of State.  If you don't specify an End Date the Idaho Corporation will legally exist until it is specifically terminated.
