C-Corporation

Most corporations formed in the US are C-Corporations. This is the "normal" type of corporation and has special legal and tax benefits. If you form a corporation with PCF, it will be a C-Corporation unless you ask otherwise. For more information on C-Corporations, see the generic page on corporations.

Another popular type of corporation is the S-Corporation, which has different tax benefits. See the difference between C-Corporation and S-Corporation.

In addition, California non-profits are formed as corporations as well.

PCF can form your company as a C-Corporation in as little as 48 hours.
