Good Standing Certificate
Often required for loans, to renew business licenses or for tax purposes, a Good Standing Certificate verifies that your organization complies with your state requirements and therefore is in "Good Standing".  Also known as a Certificate of Existence or a Certificate of Status, the Good Standing Certificate is a one-page document provided by your state government and is conclusive evidence of the formation of your business.  In most cases, it can be valid for up to three months.

To obtain a Good Standing Certificate, your company must be registered as a legal entity in your state and cannot be in default of corporate rules or suspended by the state.

Processing Time
If you are a California corporation, we can provide you with a California Certificate of Good Standing the same day you request it, if you do so before noon your local time, Monday thru Friday (except State and Federal holidays).  If you are a California LLC or LLP, the turnaround time is 5-7 business days - due to the processing requirements of the California office handling these requests.
