Tennessee state corporate law requires that Corporation Annual Reports be filed with the Tennessee Secretary of State on or before the first day of the fourth month following the company's fiscal year closing.
Annual reports can be submitted to the Tennessee Secretary of State from the first day of the month following the fiscal year ending month of record to the annual report due date. Delinquent reports can be submitted to the Tennessee Secretary of State within 4 1/2 months following the due date.
Failure to submit a properly completed Tennessee Annual Report to the Tennessee Secretary of State on or before the
due date may subject the Tennessee Corporation to being administratively dissolved in the state of Tennessee or having its authority to
transact business in the state of Tennessee revoked by the Tennessee Secretary of State.
Penalties may accrue for Tennessee Corporation Annual Reports which are submitted to the Tennessee Secretary of State
after the due date.
For orders submitted before noon Tennessee time we can email you a notarized copy of the submittal verification the
same day.

All Tennessee Annual Report orders are refundable before payment is issued to the state of Tennessee, minus a $25 cancellation fee,
and less any expenses incurred in processing your order. After payment has been delivered to the state of Tennessee we cannot accept any cancellations
or any changes to your order. Generally, payments are made to the state of Tennessee within 24 hours of receipt of your Annual Report order.
