What is Same Day Foreign Incorporation or Foreign LLC Filing?
We can get your documents to the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth on the same day that we receive them from you.  If you get your documents to us before 10:00 AM Pennsylvania time we'll get your filing to the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth on the same day. We will try our best to get documents submitted after 10:00 AM Pennsylvania time to the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth the same day, if possible, but we can't guarantee that the Secretary of the Commonwealth will start processsing these filings on the same day. These filings will be processed by the Secretary of the Commonwealth on the next business day.

At times the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth experiences significant delays in processing all types of business document filings, including new Corporation and LLC filings.  Using a document filing Walk-In service can save significant time from the processing times for most types of business document filings.

The fee for our Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Walk-In Service is $150.00 plus the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth's document filing fees.  There are no hidden costs.  You can email scanned copies of your documents to us.

The Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth File Date for Expedited Filings will be the date on which the filings is submitted.
Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Expedited Document Filing Options
There are three expedited filing options available. All options involve an expedited processing fee.
  • $150 - Same day
  • $400 - 3 hours
  • $1100 - 1 hour
PLEASE NOTE: The expedited fee is in addition to the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth regular document filing fees.

In order to qualify for same day expedited processing options we must receive your filing before 7:00AM Pennsylvania time on the day you want your filing submitted to the PA Secretary of the Commonwealth.

In order to qualify for 3 hour expedited processing options we must receive your filing before 10:00 AM Pennsylvania time on the day you want your filing submitted to the PA Secretary of the Commonwealth.

In order to qualify for 1 hour expedited processing options we must receive your filing before 11:00 AM Pennsylvania time on the day you want your filing submitted to the PA Secretary of the Commonwealth.
How Do I Get My Documents to You?
You can email your completed and signed documents to us safely and securely. Once we receive your documents we will get your Corporation or LLC filing to the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth as quickly as possible - on the same day in most cases.

The Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth may require original signatures on some business filings. In these cases, as soon as we get your order we will email you a shipping label to use for sending your documents to us. CANCELLATION POLICY
All Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Walk-In Service orders are refundable before payment is issued to the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth, minus a $25 cancellation fee, and less any expenses incurred in processing your order.  After payment has been delivered to the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth we cannot accept any cancellations or any changes to your Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Walk-In Service order.  Generally, payments are made to the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth within 24 hours of receipt of your Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Walk-In Service order.  To check the status of your Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Walk-In Service order, make changes, or ask any questions, call us at 855-771-2477.
