All New Hampshire Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) must file an Annual Report with the New Hampshire Secretary of State every year before April 1. The Annual Report includes information on directors, officers and your company's general business activity.
Failure to submit a properly completed New Hampshire Annual Report to the New Hampshire Secretary of State on or before the
due date may subject the New Hampshire Corporation to being administratively dissolved in the state of New Hampshire or having its authority to
transact business in the state of New Hampshire revoked by the New Hampshire Secretary of State.
Penalties may accrue for New Hampshire Corporation Annual Reports which are submitted to the New Hampshire Secretary of State
after the due date.
For orders submitted before noon New Hampshire time we can email you a notarized copy of the submittal verification the
same day.
We will mail your Annual Report confirmation to you as soon as we get it back from the New Hampshire Secretary of State.

All New Hampshire Annual Report orders are refundable before payment is issued to the state of New Hampshire, minus a $25 cancellation fee,
and less any expenses incurred in processing your order. After payment has been delivered to the state of New Hampshire we cannot accept any cancellations
or any changes to your order. Generally, payments are made to the state of New Hampshire within 24 hours of receipt of your Annual Report order.
