All Nebraska Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) must file a Biennial Report with the Nebraska Secretary of State every two years before April 1. The Biennial Report includes information on directors, officers and your company's general business activity.
Nebraska Limited Liability Company (LLC) and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Biennial Reports are due at the Nebraska Secretary of State by April 1, and delinquent June 1.
Failure to submit a properly completed Nebraska Annual Report to the Nebraska Secretary of State on or before the
due date may subject the Nebraska Corporation to being administratively dissolved in the state of Nebraska or having its authority to
transact business in the state of Nebraska revoked by the Nebraska Secretary of State.
Penalties may accrue for Nebraska Corporation Annual Reports which are submitted to the Nebraska Secretary of State
after the due date.
For orders submitted before noon Nebraska time we can email you a notarized copy of the submittal verification the
same day.

All Nebraska Annual Report orders are refundable before payment is issued to the state of Nebraska, minus a $25 cancellation fee,
and less any expenses incurred in processing your order. After payment has been delivered to the state of Nebraska we cannot accept any cancellations
or any changes to your order. Generally, payments are made to the state of Nebraska within 24 hours of receipt of your Annual Report order.
