All corporations doing business in Missouri must file an Annual Report with the Missouri Secretary of State. Failure to file the Annual Report will result in administrative dissolution of a domestic corporation's charter or revocation of a foreign corporation's certificate of authority by the Missouri Secretary of State.
For Missouri Corporations incorporated or qualified on or after July 1, 2003, the Annual Report is due at the end of the month that the corporation incorporated or qualified. For corporations existing prior to July 1, 2003, the Annual Report will be due at the end of the month indicated on their last Annual Report. Missouri statutes do not allow a corporation to change the month that the Annual Report is due. Late Annual Reports are subject to an additional fee of $15 for each 30-day period that the Annual Report is late.
Failure to submit a properly completed Missouri Annual Report to the Missouri Secretary of State on or before the
due date may subject the Missouri Corporation to being administratively dissolved in the state of Missouri or having its authority to
transact business in the state of Missouri revoked by the Missouri Secretary of State.
Penalties may accrue for Missouri Corporation Annual Reports which are submitted to the Missouri Secretary of State
after the due date.
For orders submitted before noon Missouri time we can email you a notarized copy of the submittal verification the
same day.

All Missouri Annual Report orders are refundable before payment is issued to the state of Missouri, minus a $25 cancellation fee,
and less any expenses incurred in processing your order. After payment has been delivered to the state of Missouri we cannot accept any cancellations
or any changes to your order. Generally, payments are made to the state of Missouri within 24 hours of receipt of your Annual Report order.
