All Hawaii Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) must file an Annual Report with the Hawaii Secretary of State every year. The Annual Report includes information on directors, officers and your company's general business activity.
The Annual Report must be received by the Hawaii Secretary of State by the end of the fiscal quarter in which the incorporation was originally filed. If the original incorporation was filed in the first quarter, the Annaul Report is due by March 31; if filed in the second quarter, the Annual Report is due by June 30; if filed in the third quarter, the Annual Report is due by September 30; if filed in the fourth quarter, the Annual Report is due by December 31st.
Failure to submit a properly completed Hawaii Annual Report to the Hawaii Secretary of State on or before the
due date may subject the Hawaii Corporation to being administratively dissolved in the state of Hawaii or having its authority to
transact business in the state of Hawaii revoked by the Hawaii Secretary of State.
Penalties may accrue for Hawaii Corporation Annual Reports which are submitted to the Hawaii Secretary of State
after the due date.
For orders submitted before noon Hawaii time we can email you a notarized copy of the submittal verification the
same day.

All Hawaii Annual Report orders are refundable before payment is issued to the state of Hawaii, minus a $25 cancellation fee,
and less any expenses incurred in processing your order. After payment has been delivered to the state of Hawaii we cannot accept any cancellations
or any changes to your order. Generally, payments are made to the state of Hawaii within 24 hours of receipt of your Annual Report order.
