Georgia Corporation Annual Report

All Georgia Corporations must file an Annual Report with the Georgia Secretary of State every year between January 1 and April 1. The Annual Report includes information on directors, officers and your company's general business activity.

Failure to submit a properly completed Georgia Annual Report to the Georgia Secretary of State on or before the due date may subject the Georgia Corporation to being administratively dissolved in the state of Georgia or having its authority to transact business in the state of Georgia revoked by the Georgia Secretary of State. Penalties may accrue for Georgia Corporation Annual Reports which are submitted to the Georgia Secretary of State after the due date.

Cancellation Policy

All Georgia Annual Report orders are refundable before payment is issued to the state of Georgia, minus a $25 cancellation fee, and less any expenses incurred in processing your order. After payment has been delivered to the state of Georgia we cannot accept any cancellations or any changes to your order. Generally, payments are made to the state of Georgia within 24 hours of receipt of your Annual Report order. To check the status of your order, make changes, or ask any questions, call us.
