All Florida Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) are required to file an Annual Report between January 1st and May 1st each year with the Florida Secretary of State.
The Florida Annual Report includes information on directors, officers and your Florida Corporation's general business activity.
Annual Reports for Florida are past due after May 1st, and after September companies can be dissolved by the State. Filing after May 1st results in a hefty filing fee ($550).
If your company is dissolved by the State you can contact us for help with a reinstatement.
Failure to submit a properly completed Florida Annual Report to the Florida Secretary of State on or before the
due date may subject the Florida Corporation to being administratively dissolved in the state of Florida or having its authority to
transact business in the state of Florida revoked by the Florida Secretary of State.
Penalties may accrue for Florida Corporation Annual Reports which are submitted to the Florida Secretary of State
after the due date.
For orders submitted before noon Florida time we can email you a notarized copy of the submittal verification the
same day.
We will mail your Annual Report confirmation to you as soon as we get it back from the Florida Secretary of State.

All Florida Annual Report orders are refundable before payment is issued to the state of Florida, minus a $25 cancellation fee,
and less any expenses incurred in processing your order. After payment has been delivered to the state of Florida we cannot accept any cancellations
or any changes to your order. Generally, payments are made to the state of Florida within 24 hours of receipt of your Annual Report order.
