Biennial Statement of Information |

An Initial Statement of Information must be filed with the California Secretary of State within 90 days after filing your original articles of incorporation. The Initial Statement of Information includes information on directors, officers and your California Corporation's general business activity.
In addition, all Corporations, Non Profits and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) which have been formed in the state of California are required to file an Annual Report with the California Secretary of State each year (every two years for California LLCs).
You must file a California Annual Report even if you have done no business in the state of California during the prior reporting period.
Failure to submit a properly completed California Annual Report to the California Secretary of State on or before the
due date may subject the California Corporation to being administratively dissolved in the state of California or having its authority to
transact business in the state of California revoked by the California Secretary of State.
Penalties may accrue for California Corporation Annual Reports which are submitted to the California Secretary of State
after the due date.

All California Annual Report orders are refundable before payment is issued to the state of California, minus a $25 cancellation fee,
and less any expenses incurred in processing your order. After payment has been delivered to the state of California we cannot accept any cancellations
or any changes to your order. Generally, payments are made to the state of California within 24 hours of receipt of your Annual Report order.
