Arizona Corporation Annual Report

Every Arizona Corporation must submit an Annual Report once a year to the Arizona Secretary of State. The Annual Report includes information on directors, officers and your company's general business activity.

Failure to submit a properly completed Arizona Annual Report to the Arizona Secretary of State on or before the due date may subject the Arizona Corporation to being administratively dissolved in the state of Arizona or having its authority to transact business in the state of Arizona revoked by the Arizona Secretary of State. Penalties may accrue for Arizona Corporation Annual Reports which are submitted to the Arizona Secretary of State after the due date.

Cancellation Policy

All Arizona Annual Report orders are refundable before payment is issued to the state of Arizona, minus a $25 cancellation fee, and less any expenses incurred in processing your order. After payment has been delivered to the state of Arizona we cannot accept any cancellations or any changes to your order.
